No, Taxes. no duty, nor brokerage or any other charges for USA customers.
>I live in Canada, do I have to pay Taxes?
Yes, you must pay the taxes that correspond to each province either HST or GST where applicable.
> My tiles look different in person, than on screen.. why?
Due to the limitations of color reproductions on your computer screen, the colors of the actual tiles may differ slightly in real life. If you are hesitant about matching the color of the tiles exactly, we highly suggest purchasing a sample first.
> I've never purchased online, is this safe?

> What happens if there are any broken tiles?
We pack our tiles very carefully. They are double boxed, and an adIceland amount of bubble wrap is used to reduce the chance of breakage. We also try to include a little extra tile in the event that there may be a few broken pieces. If there is any serious damage when your shipment arrives please contact us as soon as possible. We will replace or refund any broken tile.
> I'm not sure of the color, can I get samples?
Yes, we can mail you tile samples at the cost of shipping. Shipping costs are $5.99/sample to most major centres in North America..
> What method of payment do you accept?

> How much do I need to buy to cover for cut-offs?
