All of our products are manufactured to insure the glass, paint, and mesh backing is nothing less than excellent. Your shipment is always inspected piece by piece and packed with the greatest care. In addition, our factory inspects each sheet of tile 3 times prior to shipping them to our warehouse. We double box all shipments and wrap the inner box with bubble wrap to insure they arrive in perfect condition.

Please inspect all sheets of tile before installing as no returns will be accepted after installation has begun. Slight color variations must be accepted as a normal feature as our tile selection is hand painted. Please inspect your tiles for damage prior to installation.

Return Policy does not apply to samples. Samples are non refundable.
