If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon receipt, we offer a Money Back Guarantee on the products we sell.

To return the product to us it must be in its original condition and original shipping carton. Please let us know if you have any issues with your shipment upon arrival. All return and damage claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

There is a 15% restocking fee.  As you know we sell our tiles at deep discount and deep shipping discount. We are not in the return business and we make every effort possible to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. In the case you are not satisfied we must cover our costs to ensure our prices stay low and to maintain our customer relations.

To avoid we returns we strongly recomend purchasing a sample to confirm colour and pattern

All returns must be returned prepaid, and in their original condition with the original packaging.

Damage happens very rarely, but it does happen. Any damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost.
All Damaged claims must be made within seven days of delivery.

Slight color variations must be accepted as a normal feature as our tile selection is hand painted. Please inspect your tiles for damage prior to installation..

Prior to shipping we inspect all sheets very carefully. A considerable amount of packaging is used to insure they arrive in good shape every time. However, if you find any damage please contact us immediately.
Return Policy does not apply to samples. Samples are non refundable.
